| What type of computer is necessary to use Neonova ? |
An IBM PC or compatible computer is needed to run Neonova. It is a windows program that has been tested successfully on Windows 2K and Windows XP.
Memory requirements are minimal and should not be an issue for most computers manufactured in the past few years. Neonova is by default configured to be a stand-alone program designed to be used by one or several persons on one computer. However, it can be installed and run from a Local Area Network (LAN) and share the same database among several users.
It does not run on a mainframe computer nor does it interact with other hospital systems like laboratory, medical records, or pharmacy. |
