Make sure you are  positioned within the Nursery main form, then select a nursery.

The erase icon will be available   only if the nursery content is empty  .  That means no beds should be configured at all for this nursery.

If some beds are assigned to patients, you also need to free those beds for each link with the   icon.  Then, the erase icon shall be available  .

When deleting a nursery, a confirmation window will be displayed:
