The diagnosis window provides a way to input diagnosis information. 

Admitting diagnoses can be entered in this field. There is no total limit on the number of diagnoses entered. Therefore, the fields are intended to be used as an ongoing worksheet, where admission diagnoses can be entered and later updated when additional information becomes available.

 

To add/edit the current selection of diagnosis use the batch edit icon  .

 

The next window will allow selection from previously configured diagnosis list.

 


Several diagnosis may be applied to a current patient.  Just make sure the appropriate diagnostic is checked under the “Observed” column.
