In this tutorial, you will learn about Patient Formula Compare

The Compare function enables you to compare two or more sets of values when working in the Reference and Formula Databases. Compare is used for checking or illustrating differences in the composition of enteral formulas or parenteral solutions, or differences between sets of reference data.

From the Nursery main form , this report is selected from the Formula compare icon  . 

 

You are then invited to make a selection of formulas.  By default, none are selected.

Hint In this example, we chose Alimentum formula first, hold down the ctrl-key and click on Human Milk Preterm Formula and then on Isomil Formula.  
Will provide the following analysis panel:

 

with various analysis features:
•    Display unit
•    Basis
•    Filter
•    Reference
•    Concentration
•    Per day
•    Amount
•    Analysis weight


 
The   button allows the analyst to change formula range selection while keeping all other analysis options.  This window will appear to properly choose new formulas:
