In this tutorial, you will learn about Patient Notes
View the tutorial video. The Notes page provides a full screen on which to enter any additional information or remarks that you wish to include in the patient’s record. This page enables you, for example, to enter summary information for the referring physician or follow-up recommendations.
Unlike most word processors, words do not automatically wrap to the next line, so end each line by pressing the Enter key. Pressing the Backspace key deletes the character to the left of the cursor; pressing the Delete key deletes the character under the cursor.
Hint The Notes page does not replace Remarks in Action Day Records.

The notes section allows you to input free text information in a memo field.
