The Remarks page provides a full screen on which to enter any additional information or remarks that you wish to include in the patient’s record for this action day. This page enables you, for example, to enter summary information for the referring physician or follow-up recommendations.

Unlike most word processors, words do not automatically wrap to the next line, so end each line by pressing the Enter key. Pressing the Backspace key deletes the character to the left of the cursor; pressing the Delete key deletes the character under the cursor.

 

 

 

Importing Remarks from another date

The import icon    brings up a window with Remarks entered from Action date. 

By selecting a specific range, those values will be copied to the current action date.  If the selection contains Remarks entered in the current action date, the imported values will be appended next after last existing values.
