In this tutorial, you will learn about Patient Starting With an Empty Patient Database

View the tutorial video.

You need to enter patient information.  Then, proceed to the admission process.
Once a patient has been admitted, you can enter and update data for that patient. Data can be entered daily, periodically as needed, or according to a nursing or research protocol.
The following types of data can be maintained for a patient:
•    Patient data (admission, customized variable, diagnoses, notes)
•    Intake data
•    Clinical laboratory data
•    Anthropometric data
•    Nutrient analysis
•    Remarks

When no patient are present in the database, all patient tabs are available without any content.

In Current Patient tab, when starting from scratch, you will see the following form with “No data to show” appearing as a watermark.
