In this tutorial, you will learn about Report Patient Data Assessment
View the tutorial video. From the Nursery main form , this report is selected from the icon.

You are then invited to make a selection of report content information. By default, they are all selected.
You may choose from Nutrients, Intakes, Data and Assessment data information (Blank assessment or Filled assessment notes) by checking or un-checking the information. Nutrients provides all nutrients contained in the formula administered to the patient. Intakes provides all formula intake received for that day. Data provides anthropometric data information and clinical lab values. Blank Assessment is a pre-printed page to manually record patient information. Finally, Assessment contains all patient's assessment notes entered in Neonova.
From the Nursery main form, you need to specify an analysis date. From the Action panel of the Patient main form, by default, it will use the current action day to build the report. By default, there will be at least the Assessment sheet (if checked) even if there is no data for the Analysis date provided. If you only want a report for action day with data content, check the "Only if action day filter".
The superior band will display patient information:

Nutrient information will display:

Intake information will display:

Data information will display any input of clinical lab or anthropometric data:
The blank assessment section will display:
This is a blank sheet where information will need to be added manually.

Finally, the assessment section will be displayed only if assessment information has been compiled for the current specific action day.
