From the Nursery main form :

 

This report will display selected information relevant to the patient highlighted selection.  When positioned on a single patient,  information related to the selected patient will be printed.  It is possible to select a range of patients in window fashion with the shift key to determine a beginning and ending interval of formula and/or with the ctrl-key to add single entries to the selection.

For a patient Leigh only selection:
 
 

In this example, we chose the patient Grace first, hold down the shift-key and click on patient Leigh.  The selection will include patients Grace, Kuchan and Leigh.
