In order to filter data being displayed, you can use filtering options available for most of the data form with filter icon  .

You can apply a condition to each available field.

Available conditions are:
 

NOTE:  Remember to remove filtering since they will apply for the length of your session.
 
How to know if filtering is on ?

You may detect filtering when looking at the key status line.  When no filtering is applied, all field names are not bold.
 
In the next figure, a filter has been applied to the nursery description.  The filtered field is bold.

In the next figure, a filter requiring an exact match has been applied to the nursery description.  The exact match field is bold and underlined.

You are allowed to use a combination of several filtered fields.
